Defective on Arrival

If your Digiflavor device arrives defective — dead on first activation, leaking, blinking with no draw response, or otherwise failing to vape — we will replace it at no charge. Email service@digiflavorvape.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and one or two photos of the issue. The replacement ships from Las Vegas the next business day, and you do not have to return the defective unit unless we request it for QC.

Unopened Returns

Unopened, factory-sealed Digiflavor devices can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (return shipping not included). The device must be in its original sealed box; once a vape device has been opened it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Email service@digiflavorvape.com first to receive an RMA number and the return address.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially-used vape devices (federal hygiene rules)
  • BRK Replacement Pods once the seal is broken
  • Devices with damaged or removed authentication QR codes
  • Orders refused at delivery and returned to sender — these are refunded minus the original $8.99 shipping cost

Refund Method

Since all orders run on Cash on Delivery, we do not have a card to refund. Refunds for COD orders are issued by store credit applicable to your next order, or, for higher-value returns, by a check or Zelle transfer mailed/sent to the billing name on the order. The refund method is confirmed by email after we receive the returned package.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong device, the wrong flavor, or short-shipped your order, contact us within 14 days and we'll ship the correct item the next business day — no return required for the wrong item.

Worth knowing — we keep a 30-day photo record of every device packed before it leaves the warehouse. If you receive a counterfeit or tampered-with unit, send us photos of the authentication QR code and we'll pull our packing photo to confirm and replace.
