Where We Ship
digiflavorvape.com ships within the United States only, including all 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. Some states with active vape-flavor or PMTA restrictions may not be serviceable; if your shipping address is in a restricted state, the order tracking system will surface this before checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Dispatch: orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same business day from our Las Vegas, NV warehouse. Orders placed after 2 PM PT, or on weekends/US holidays, ship the next business day.
- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail with adult-signature required in compliance with the federal Tobacco 21 rule and the PACT Act.
- Delivery window: 2–5 business days to the contiguous US. Alaska and Hawaii typically take 5–10 business days.
- Tracking: a USPS tracking number is emailed to you when the package ships. You can also check status on the order tracking page.

Cash on Delivery
All orders on digiflavorvape.com are placed under Cash on Delivery (COD). The carrier collects payment in cash when the package is signed for. Make sure an adult (21+ with photo ID) is available at the delivery address with the exact order total ready. If the package cannot be delivered due to an absent recipient or refusal to pay, USPS will hold it at the local facility for up to 5 days before returning it to us; in that case the order is refunded minus the original shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check with neighbors and your local post office (adult-signature parcels are often held for pickup). If the package is genuinely lost in transit, email service@digiflavorvape.com with your order number — we will open a USPS trace and ship a replacement at no extra charge. Damaged packages should be photographed before opening and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Adult-signature reminder — by federal law, every package containing nicotine-bearing devices must be signed for by an adult 21+ with photo ID. The carrier will not leave the package at the door even if you've left signed delivery instructions.
